Dr. Ulrich Neumann is a professor in the Computer Science Department at the
Dr. Neumann is the former (2000-2004) Director of the Integrated Media Systems Center (IMSC), an NSF Engineering Research Center (ERC), and he directs the Computer Graphics and Immersive Technologies (CGIT) Laboratory at USC. Prior to his academic career, he designed multiprocessor graphics and DSP systems, cofounded a video game corporation, and independently developed and licensed electronic products.
Prof. Neumann is a recipient of an NSF CAREER Award (1995) and the USC Northrop Grumman Junior Faculty Research Award (1999). He is a member of the ACM, Siggraph, and the IEEE Computing Society
